The hotel was lively and fairly clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was fab near restaurants and stores.

The staff were not so friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Loved location and rooms, comfortable beds, the hotel itself was fairly clean. The breakfast had a great selection of cereals, toast, butter, milk and jam.

It is a stunningly beautiful property located in Magnificent Mile district really close to subway and shops and cafes.

It's a stunningly beautiful low-budget hotel with ideal location in Magnificent Mile district so close to Clark and Lake on the "L'', the touristic places, the Navy Pier.

Superior location, friendly attentive staff, peaceful and perfectly clean hotel. Room had a luxury bathroom that we loved. Breakfast was well priced and had variety of options - pancakes, breads, eggs, pastries and hot waffles.

I liked its really comfortable building. The staff were cordial, the beds were large.

Fruit, yoghourt, jam, toast and milk were brilliant and overall there was plenty of food. The hotel was quirky and in a very central location just next door to the blue line underground station, the Navy Pier and shops. Besides, you could visit an Oak street.

All I could ask for, GOOD value. Staff were amicable, beds were nice and comprehensive breakfasts. The gourmet restaurant was good, great service. Quiet garden and excellent pool area. Besides, it had excellent internet, handy to surf the net.

Everything was very clean, accommodating staff, perfect location next to local sights, the main attractions of the city and Red line subway. The breakfast was above average, it included cereals, tea, toast, butter and jam. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfortable.

American breakfast was savoury, staff was RESPONSIVE.

All in all a glamorous hotel and quite comfortable stay. I loved the property, it had fantastic staff and location. Irish bar was fantastic. Large bedrooms and an luxurious bathroom. Bars and restaurants were located close to the hotel.

We loved this hotel, location was the best and staff were ALWAYS POLITE. Located near the sandy beach. The poolside bar in the property had plenty of alcoholic coffee, tea, juices and cocktails throughout the day.

my experience was lovely. the bonus was comfortable room decor and busy bar. it was nice size and i had extra comfy bed. attentiveness and care taken by bkfast staff made it all modern. tidy and strategic hotel in magnificent mile district.
